FWE HLC-7 Description
Part of the Handy Line, the FWE HLC-7 undercounter insulated mobile heated cabinet sits on four 31/2-inch polyurethane swivel casters, each of which includes a brake. Built to provide a long service life, this cabinet is constructed of 20- and 22-gauge stainless steel, resisting stains, rust, corrosion, dents, and minor scratches. It offers a temperature range between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit that can be adjusted with the top-mounted digital electronic thermostat.
The stainless steel racks inside the FWE HLC-7 undercounter insulated mobile heated cabinet are adjustable in 25/8-inch increments and provide a seven-pan capacity. To ensure food is kept at the correct holding temperature, a low-temperature alarm sounds if the cabinet drops below the user-specified threshold. In addition to the alarm, high-density fiberglass insulation retains heat within the cabinet's interior without requiring extra energy usage.
