FWE HLC-5H-15 Description
For increased control and to serve a combination of hot food items, the FWE HLC-5H-15 undercounter insulated mobile heating cabinet has three sections that are individually controlled and can provide different temperatures simultaneously. With its 20- and 22-gauge stainless steel construction, this heated cabinet is built to last because it resists rust, corrosion, and minor dents to preserve its original appearance. Because its full interior perimeter and doors are insulated with high-density fiberglass, the cabinet maintains temperatures while reducing its energy consumption.
With its 15-pan capacity, this FWE HLC-5H-15 undercounter insulated mobile heating cabinet houses five food pans in each of its sections and protects food quality with a programmable alarm that alerts staff if temperatures drop too low. Each section has its own electronic thermostat and a digital temperature display with a power light that indicates whether the unit is on or off. The incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements provide radiant heat without moisture.
