FWE HLC-5 Description
Great for catering halls, the FWE HLC-5 mobile heated cabinet keeps food warm until it's ready to be served. To move it throughout the dining room, it's mounted on 31⁄2-inch casters that swivel to handle turns. Preventing unwanted temperature changes and keeping the exterior cool to the touch, the cabinet is fully insulated to retain warm air. This undercounter unit has a single compartment and can hold a variety of pans and GN containers on its two removable racks.
Preventing accidental changes, the FWE HLC-5 insulated heated cabinet has a recessed control panel. It has an adjustable thermostat to enable employees to adjust the temperature between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To streamline cleaning, the exterior of the cabinet is polished so it can be wiped down, and the exterior and interior are both stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
