FWE HLC-2127-9-9 Description
The FWE HLC-2127-9-9 full-height mobile heated cabinet has two compartments to offer separation of different food types. Equaling a total of 36 for the unit, each compartment accommodates 18 food pans. To hold the pans, there are six shelves spaced 13⁄8 inches apart that can be removed to load and unload product. The two doors of the cabinet are flush mounted and are each equipped with a magnetic handle.
Thermostatic controls on the FWE HLC-2127-9-9 insulated heated cabinet enable temperature adjustment from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with a radiant heat system, and if temperatures dip too low, an alarm sounds to alert nearby employees. Because this unit is fully insulated, heat is retained to keep foods warm. It's positioned on 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes to hold the cabinet in place.
