FWE HLC-2127-6 Description
To hold large batches of prepared food at safe temperatures, the FWE HLC-2127-6 heated holding cabinet's three stainless steel pan racks accommodate as many as (12) 12-inch by 20-inch pans and (6) GN 2/1 containers. The pan racks measure 21 inches by 27 inches, are fixed in 137/100-inch increments, and can be removed for thorough cleaning. This cabinet's reach-in design enables operators to retrieve and load product quickly, and the stainless steel door features an adjustable vent that can adjust holding conditions to accommodate moist or crispy foods. For a long service life, its interior and exterior are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
The FWE HLC-2127-6 holding cabinet's radiant heating system heats its interior at 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, while the Ultra-Guard UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation retains its temperatures in cool environments or when the door is opened. To ensure foods are held in a safe environment, the programmable low-temperature alarm notifies the operator when temperatures drop unexpectedly. Users can manage interior cabinet temperature via the electronic control's digital display; the master switch simplifies turning on and off the unit.
