Designed for countertop use, the FWE HLC-1826-4 Handy Line heated cabinet measures 23¹/₄ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 25³/₄ inches high and is made of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand impact. Its four stainless steel racks are secured 3 inches apart; each accommodates an 18-inch by 26-inch pan or two 14-inch by 18-inch pans. To ensure product is stored on a sanitary surface, the racks can be removed for thorough cleaning. The cabinet's interior can be accessed directly through the vented stainless steel door, which has a magnetic, horizontal handle that provides an ergonomic grip.

With its 90- to 190-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range, the FWE HLC-1826-4 heated holding cabinet establishes a safe environment for storing prepared foods before serving. Ultra-Guard UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation built into the top, back, bottom, sides and door reduces the chances of temperature changes when the door is opened or if the cabinet is stored in cool environments. If temperatures drop unexpectedly, the programmable low-temperature alarm notifies operators, which can prevent damage to costly product. Its electronic controls are simple to navigate; users can control temperatures, manage interior cabinet temperatures, and turn the unit on or off via the master switch.
