FWE HHC-CC-202-MW Description
For versatility, the FWE HHC-CC-202-MW Combi Companion holding cabinet is fitted with four 5-inch casters—two are rigid, while the other two swivel and brake. Due to push-bar handles built onto the unit's sides and rear, operators have good control when maneuvering the cabinet. A full-size combination pan rack can be rolled into this 41.45-inch-wide by 37.25-inch-deep by 80.75-inch-tall unit so operation can proceed. The interior's 22-gauge stainless steel construction and coved corners are simple to clean, while the exterior is made of polished, 20-gauge stainless steel.
The FWE HHC-CC-202-MW heated holding cabinet uses a top-mounted forced-air blower system to circulate warm air throughout the cabinet, eliminating hot and cold spots that could impact food quality. To ensure precooked foods are held in a safe environment before serving, it produces temperatures between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can manipulate temperatures with the electronic controls. If temperatures drop unexpectedly, a low-temperature alarm notifies users. To retain heat when the door is opened, or if the unit is stored in cool or warm environments, the unit is fully insulated with high-density fiberglass and ceramic.
