FWE ETC-UA-6PH Description
The FWE ETC-UA-6PH half-height mobile heated cabinet measures 29.25 inches wide by 30.50 inches deep by 43.25 inches high and is made of durable stainless steel that resists rusting, warping, and corroding over time. This half-height unit includes six pairs of universal tray slides to hold six 18-inch by 26-inch or (12) 12-inch by 20-inch trays for dinner rolls, potatoes, and a wide variety of foods. Its temperature is adjustable from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and its control panel is recessed to protect it from damage.
For control during transport, the FWE ETC-UA-6PH non-insulated mobile heated cabinet has a recessed hand grip, while its 5-inch casters provide mobility to streamline foodservice. To provide a large water reservoir, its humidity pan measures 12 inches by 20 inches and can be removed for efficient cleaning. Its built-in humidity system and controlled heat and humidity capabilities balance moisture and air for long-term holding.
