FWE ETC-UA-12HD Description
Ideal for catering applications, the FWE ETC-UA-12HD heated transport cabinet measures 29.25 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 70.25 inches high and is secured on 5-inch casters—two are rigid while the other two swivel and brake. To withstand impact, the interior and exterior are made of 18-gauge stainless steel. Twelve universal tray slides mounted inside the cabinet can support (12) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. The trays can be adjusted to accommodate inventory changes and are removable for thorough cleaning. Because it's a reach-in unit, operators can load and retrieve product directly.
The FWE ETC-UA-12HD heated cabinet generates temperatures between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures can be controlled using the front-mounted controls, which include an adjustable full-range thermostat, an operational range thermometer, a power supply light, a thermostat cycling light, and an on/off switch. Because of the door's insulation, it preserves temperatures when the unit is opened for short spans of time. To prevent foods from becoming dry, the Humi-Temp system uses a heating element and a high-temp, fan-cooled blower motor to circulate hot air and moisture throughout the cabinet.
