FWE ETC-1826-17HD Description
To accommodate (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or trays, the FWE ETC-1826-17HD non-insulated mobile heated cabinet includes 17 fixed slides on 3-inch centers, and these slides can be removed and scrubbed down for thorough cleaning. The single door is insulated to reduce energy loss, and the cabinet is built with a recessed hand grip that helps users maneuver it during transport. Fitted with casters, this unit can be transported through banquet halls and hotels to streamline foodservice.
The FWE ETC-1826-17HD full-height heated cabinet has front-mounted controls that enable temperature adjustment from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and for monitoring, the thermometer provides a constant readout even when the unit itself is powered off. It operates with a Humi-Temp heat and humidity system to eliminate cold and hot spots for even heating. To provide durability, this unit is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
