The Stoelting D118-17-L margarita machine has a large 5-gallon hopper and 2-gallon freezing cylinder. Full-size pitchers can fit on the base, and in an hour, the unit dispenses as many as (32) 32-ounce portions. Keeping the unit running smoothly, a torque cut-off feature prevents pauses during operation. Using the handle, product can be poured with one hand, and runoff collects in the large drip tray below. Additionally, a cover is integrated into the hopper to prevent spilling.

With a water-cooled condenser, this Stoelting D118-17-L frozen beverage dispenser requires a direct water hookup, however, this cooling method is quieter than air-cooled units and eliminates clearance requirements. For example, the back and sides of this model require zero clearance and can be placed flush against a wall, freeing up space for other units. For merchandising, it has an illuminated header to draw attention and an LED-lit window to ensure product visibility.
