The Stoelting 521005 mix-in blender's foot pedal enables operators to control blending speeds while using their hands to add ingredients to shakes, smoothies, and freezes. Its ³⁄₄-horsepower motor spins between 0 and 3,000 RPM, and as users press their foot down on the pedal, they can control motor speeds. Forced-air ventilation keeps the bearing and motor cool, lengthening their service life and improving unit safety.

A transparent Lexan splatter guard encases the interior of the Stoelting 521005 drink mixer, protecting surfaces from messes. After use, it can be slid off easily for cleaning. The cabinet, which is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, features curved interior corners and a cup-saver head that can be wiped clean quickly. To ensure stability during operation, it's fitted with bottom-mounted suction cups. This 7.5-inch-wide by 11.5-inch-deep by 24-inch-high unit is ideal for countertop use.
