Simple to clean and rust resistant, the Duke 838 buffet shelf is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. For additional durability, it’s supported by stainless steel tubular brackets, and its sneeze guards are 1⁄4-inch-thick tempered glass. It’s designed to be installed on a food bar or buffet line to shield food and provide a surface for users to set their plates as they serve themselves. Overall, it measures 583⁄8 inches wide by 101⁄2 inches deep by 20 inches high.
