Duke 303 Description
The Duke 303 Aerohot steam table has three 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch openings, each heated by a burner that is adjusted through the valves along the front of the unit. A 7-inch-wide cutting board spans the length of the table, so employees can cut meat as customers select it.
Insulation on every side of the compartments keeps heat centered on the displayed food. An undershelf is built into the unit to provide space for storing equipment and supplies. Made of 20-gauge stainless steel, the Duke 303 steam table can withstand high-volume use and resists scratching and rusting. Its stainless steel legs maintain stability on uneven floors through their adjustable feet. Because these feet are made of plastic, they do not corrode.
