Designed to simplify cleanup, the Magikitch'n MKG-48-ST countertop gas griddle features a 33⁄4-gallon grease box with a built-in splash zone compartment to contain spills. A wide 31⁄2-inch front grease trough and a fully welded grease chute help direct runoff efficiently, while a tapered splash back keeps grease from splattering onto surrounding surfaces. This unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel body, featuring double-walled sides and fully welded skirting to enhance strength and longevity. This unit is equipped with a solid panel cabinet base for flush mounting and stands on four removable 4-inch legs.
The Magikitch'n MKG-48-ST griddle is built for precise heat control, with thermostatically controlled burners spaced every 12 inches to maintain even temperatures across the 473⁄4-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface. Its 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate enhances heat retention for consistent cooking results. Each burner delivers 15,000 BTU, generating a total output of 120,000 BTU. The solid-state thermostat with matchless piezo spark ignition provides accurate temperature adjustments, while the safety pilot system with flame loss shutoff enhances safety. Independent venturi-style stainless steel burners promote steady heating, and a recessed gas regulator and shutoff allow for close-wall installation.
