The Magikitch'n MKE-36-E electric griddle’s overall size of 36 inches wide, 31¹⁴/₂₅ inches deep, and 25³/₁₀ inches high and 4-inch legs are ideal for countertop use during breakfast hours or for all-day use at a diner. Additionally, the 1-inch-thick steel plate is the highest quality thickness of its class. The thickness of the plate can cause it to heat up slower than thinner plates, but it will retain heat more effectively and longer.

When cleaning the Magikitch'n MKE-36-E commercial griddle between menu items, operators can scrape oils and debris into the trough where it collects in the 3³/₄-gallon-capacity grease box, which pulls out to be drained and cleaned. Avoid using steel wool on the griddle plate as it can leave behind metal fibers.
