Vulcan VTC36S Description
The Vulcan VTC36S gas range includes a standard oven base and a 36-inch charbroiler top, offering the versatility of two appliances in one unit. Its oven cavity is lined with a layer of porcelain to help lock-in heat, shorten cook times, and ease cleaning. It outputs 50,000 BTU per hour, while its charbroiler outputs 66,000 BTU per hour. The charbroiler's burners utilize a piezo spark ignition system that uses electricity to quickly ignite its flame. Both the oven and charbroiler are powered by an energy-efficient liquid propane system, which is fueled through a rear gas connection measuring 11/4 inches in diameter.
For quality and durability, the Vulcan VTC36S restaurant range's front, sides, back, and charbroiler are constructed of stainless steel, while its burner knobs flaunt a chrome construction. To prevent grease splatter from hitting surrounding surfaces, the unit comes with a 4-inch back riser. Its measures 36 inches wide by 363/4 inches deep by 401/2 inches high, and to stabilize the unit on irregular surfaces, it rests on a series of adjustable legs that each measure 4 inches high.
