Vulcan VTC36 Description
Designed with a modular base, the Vulcan VTC36 gas range can be installed on equipment stands or placed on countertops for simple, versatile installation. Made from durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel, this unit can withstand rigorous use in demanding kitchens. It measures 36 inches long by 363/4 inches deep by 1715/16 inches high and sits on 4-in. flanged feet. To contain charbroiler messes such as pops of grease, the unit is equipped with a 4-inch rear riser.
The Vulcan VTC36 charbroiler range is powered by liquid propane through a 11/4-inch rear gas connection to quickly and evenly cook porkchops, hamburgers, and steak. Beneath its steel grill are three infrared emitter panels and a piezo electric spark ignition system that facilitates startup. Each of its three 22,000-BTU burners has a heat control valve to assist in regulating its temperature, and the unit's chrome burner control knobs enable quick adjustments while switching between dishes with various cook times.
