Vulcan VTC36B Description
Designed to cook cuts of steak, fish, and pork thoroughly, Vulcan VTC36B charbroiler range features three burner heads that are powered by natural gas and each output 22,000 BTU of heat per hour. Its 11/4-inch gas connector regulates the amount of fuel distributed, and the unit's piezo spark igniters enable quick temperature adjustments. While its burner control knobs are made of chrome, its body and emitter panels are made of stainless steel for durability.
The Vulcan VTC36B charbroiler range measures 36 inches wide by 363/4 inches deep by 401/2 inches high to provide a versatile cooking appliance in a small footprint. Its cabinet base is secured with a door to keep common ingredients within reach but out of the cooking area. Additionally, the cabinet base has one removable shelf to maximize storage space. It rests on adjustable legs for stability, and its back sports a 4-inch riser to reduce grease from accumulating on nearby surfaces.
