Vulcan VRH88 Full-Size Cook and Hold Oven, 208v/1ph

Users can cook, hold, and rethermalize lots of food with the Vulcan VRH88 full-size cook-and-hold oven. This double-deck unit holds as many as 16 sheet pans or 32 hotel pans. It has two cabinets, each with its own controls, as well as separate plugs and cords. A stacking kit is included so users can attach the two compartments.

Using a low-speed fan, the Vulcan VRH88 full-size cook-and-hold oven cooks products evenly and browns meats naturally. Mechanical knobs on each cabinet's control panel can be adjusted to a temperature determined by the user. Once the cook temperature has been reached, the oven automatically switches to hold mode and keeps the food warm until ready to serve.
