Vulcan VPT18 Description
The Vulcan VPT18 mobile heated cabinet is fully insulated to preserve energy and heat. A forced-air blower circulates heat evenly throughout the cabinet, while the Dutch doors are fitted with magnetic gaskets to prevent warm air from leaking. Employees can use the analog thermometer to adjust the temperature as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The control panel is recessed to prevent employees from knocking into it and accidentally changing the temperature.
Universal tray slides in the Vulcan VPT18 full-height heated cabinet can hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch by 1-inch or (36) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans. Doors are built onto both sides of the cabinet to enable pass-thru use, streamlining product retrieval for quick serving. It's equipped with casters to provide mobility from the kitchen to the dining room or banquet hall and has handles fitted on the sides, making it simple to turn and maneuver.
