Designed for precision and efficiency, the Vulcan VPP40E-480 PRECIPAN™ tilting braising pan features a 40-gallon usable capacity to accommodate large-scale cooking needs. It measures 551⁄10 inches wide by 383⁄10 inches deep by 392⁄5 inches high and includes multi-zone temperature control, multiple timers, and a broad temperature range of 80 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit to support various cooking applications.
The Vulcan VPP40E-480 pan's auto mode enables programmed recipes, while its manual pan and kettle modes provide additional flexibility. A USB port enables data transfer, and the unit is food probe ready for accurate monitoring. The motor-driven tilt and lift system simplifies operation, while the auto-lift arm supports basket-based cooking. Enhancing convenience, the unit is equipped with a retractable spray hose, a powered drain that operates without tilting, and an auto and precise water fill system. A built-in strainer further adds to its functionality.
