Built for multifunctional cooking, the Vulcan VPP40E-208 PRECIPAN™ tilting braising pan provides a 40-gallon usable capacity to support high-volume operations. It features a broad temperature range of 80 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit and offers multi-zone temperature control with multiple timers for precise cooking. Auto mode enables users to follow programmed recipes, while manual pan and kettle modes provide additional flexibility. A USB port enables seamless data transfer, and the pan is food probe ready.
Measuring 551⁄10 inches wide by 383⁄10 inches deep by 392⁄5 inches high, the Vulcan VPP40E-208 pan includes a motor-driven tilt and lift function for simplified product transfer and an auto-lift arm to accommodate baskets for hands-free operation. Designed for convenience, the unit includes auto and precise water fill, a powered drain system that functions without tilting, and a retractable spray hose for quick cleaning.
