The Vulcan VPP28E-208 PRECIPAN™ tilting braising pan is designed for multifunctional cooking with a 28-gallon usable capacity and precise temperature control. Featuring a twin LCD touchscreen with a turn/push knob, it supports auto mode for preloaded and programmable recipes, manual mode for customizable multi-zone cooking, and both pan and kettle modes for added flexibility. Its temperature range spans from 80 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring versatility for various cooking applications.
This unit is equipped with a motor-driven pan tilt/lift system and an electronically controlled powered drain, allowing operators to empty the pan efficiently without tilting. The auto-lift arm facilitates basket use, while the retractable spray hose and assistance mode simplify manual cleaning. Additional features include automatic water filling with preset volumes, embossed gallon and liter markings, and a USB port for recipe transfers and system customization.
