Powered by liquid propane, the Vulcan VMG48102 gas griddle produces 108,000 total BTU to support repeated, intense cooking demands. A fully welded grease chute funnels runoff into a 6-quart drawer for quicker cleaning. The wide front ledge holds utensils and plates, while 4-inch adjustable legs provide stability and leveling on uneven or irregular surfaces.
