Vulcan VICM72 Description
Designed to be fastened on a wall, the Vulcan VICM72 gas infrared cheese melter comes with a wall-mount panel to save counterspace. Its front, top, bottom, and sides are made of rigid stainless steel to endure back-to-back use, and its welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis ensures a sturdy base. Internally measuring 70.20 inches wide by 15.08 inches deep by 10.20 inches high, this melter can support foods of various widths.
Using natural gas, the Vulcan VICM72 gas cheese melter is heated with two infrared atmospheric burners. A chrome-plated grid rack supports foods, and hot air can flow freely through its openings and around product for uniform heating. Depending on the desired cooking result, the grid can be moved up or down in three different positions. After use, operators can remove the two spillage pans, which collect grease and food particles, for dumping and cleaning.
