Operators can cook burgers, sausages, pancakes, and more on the Vulcan VGMT36B gas range, which has a 3/4-inch thick ground steel griddle plate to distribute heat evenly. It comes with one burner that operates at 30,000 BTU and is powered by LP gas for a quick start that holds a steady temperature over multiple cooking sessions. For lasting durability and an appearance that matches existing equipment, its front, front top edge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel.
To fit compact kitchens, the Vulcan VGMT36B griddle range measures 18 inches wide by 363/4 inches deep by 401/2 inches high and comes with 6-inch adjustable legs. This range sits on a cabinet base with a stainless steel door to store condiments, pans, and utensils. It includes universal guide racks and a removable shelf to fit various items for easy-to-reach access.
