Vulcan VE30 Description
With FastBatch™ heating technology, the Vulcan VE30 tilt skillet heats evenly and rapidly. Made of stainless steel, the anti-stick cooking surface is bonded to a sub plate. Temperature is kept within a range of 50 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, while the wrapped-around exterior handle and condensate lip remain cool to the touch to prevent user burns. This unit includes a pouring lip and pitcher pour tapered front with a food receiving pan to prevent messes. With 30 crank revolutions, the pan can be tilted until empty with a manual, anti-jam pan-lifting mechanism. The 3-inch-wide, faucet mounting bracket ships loose for left- or right-hinged use.
