Vulcan VCRR36 Description
The Vulcan VCRR36 gas hotplate features a 36-inch-wide cooking surface with four cast iron open burners, each powered by a 20,000-BTU output. Infinite heat controls give operators fine-tuned adjustments for consistent results. Designed for countertop use, this unit has a 121⁄2-inch cooking height and includes a full-width crumb tray for streamlined maintenance.
Stainless steel on the front, sides, and front top ledge enhances durability and simplifies cleaning. The Vulcan VCRR36 gas hotplate has a standing pilot ignition system for quick burner startup and a 90-degree gas valve for each burner. Its removable top grate support and included gas pressure regulator promote convenient setup and daily operation.
