Vulcan VCCG72-IS Description
The six burners in the Vulcan VCCG72-IS gas griddle are placed 12 inches apart to create six cooking zones, which are each adjustable from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with solid-state controls. If an employee knocks into a knob, it's protected with wire guards to prevent accidental adjustment, and this unit is made of durable stainless steel for resistance to rust, corrosion, scratches, and warping. The plate is made of 1-inch-thick steel, which retains heat and recovers temperatures quickly between uses.
The Vulcan VCCG72-IS commercial griddle has tapered side splashes and a 4-inch backsplash that contains messes as they splatter. Oil runoff is caught with a front-mounted grease trough, which is guided into two drawers to keep the countertop clean. To stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces, it's mounted on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted as needed.
