Vulcan VCCG60-AC Description
To avoid accidental temperature changes, the Vulcan VCCG60-AC gas griddle’s thermostat knobs are protected behind chrome wire guards. A total of five knobs control the unit’s five burners, enabling individual adjustments for multiple cook zones. Able to accommodate a large volume of product, the griddle’s surface is 60 inches wide and 24 inches deep and can cook foods in a 200- to 450-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range. To ensure the griddle remains level and doesn’t scorch countertops, it has 4-inch legs that are adjustable.
Designed for countertop use, the Vulcan VCCG60-AC gas griddle provides flexibility for a variety of products without using floor space. Its griddle plate is 3⁄4 inches thick and made of a composite material to facilitate rapid heating and recovery. This type of plate is suitable for frequent back-to-back operation in high-volume locations. Supported with a welded steel chassis, the griddle resists sagging and warping over time.
