Vulcan VCBB36 Description
Powered by natural gas, the Vulcan VCBB36 V-series heavy-duty range's charbroiler top is equipped with six burners that each output 16,500 BTUs. Because each burner has a corresponding pilot light and heat control, operators can modify the burners' heat to cook different foods simultaneously. Its surface is lined with six heavy-duty cast iron grates that create appetizing grill lines and a smoky flavor. To drain fat from meat during cooking, these grates are gently sloped. Integrated stainless steel supercharger burner dividers and char radiants encourage uniform heat distribution to protect contents from scorching or undercooking. For quick cleanup, the extra-deep crumb tray collects residue during use, and the grates can be lifted off.
Because the Vulcan VCBB36 commercial range sports a modular base, it measures 36 inches wide by 363⁄4 inches deep by 1715⁄16 inches high. This unit rests on 4-inch flanged feet that can be raised or lowered for stabilization on countertops or equipment stands. To extend its service life through high-volume use, its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel—a durable, dent-, scratch-, and corrosion-resistant metal.
