Vulcan VCBB36B Description
The Vulcan VCBB36B heavy-duty range's 36-inch-wide charbroiler top is divided into six sections with a corresponding burner, pilot light, heat control, and cast iron grate so staff can adjust heat for specific burners as needed. The heavy-duty grates boast a sloped configuration that lets fat drain from meats to create rich, smoky flavors; this design also leaves behind appetizing grill lines and minimizes the chance of dangerous flare-ups. To ease cleanup, the grates can be lifted off and the extra-deep crumb tray collects food residue during cooking.
Commonly used ingredients and supplies can be stored in the Vulcan VCBB36B LP-gas-powered range's storage base. A stainless steel door encloses the cabinet to secure contents in place and ensure they're concealed. This 36-inch-wide by 417⁄8-inch-deep by 401/2-inch-tall unit is great for kitchens with limited space due to its two-in-one design. For stability on irregular flooring, its 6-inch legs can be raised or lowered. Because its front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are made of stainless steel, they resist rusting, denting, and scratching without sacrificing durability in high-traffic kitchens.
