Vulcan VBB1SF Description
Featuring a standard oven base, the Vulcan VBB1SF V Series upright broiler measures 36 inches wide by 425/8 inches deep by 771/8 inches high. The oven has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and because its interior is made of porcelain, it can be wiped clean easily. The broiler's three ceramic radiant burners are equipped with cast iron grates for long-lasting strength. This unit operates with LP gas and features a pilot ignition system.
With a primarily stainless steel construction, the Vulcan VBB1SF heavy-duty broiler is durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean. To expedite cleaning further, it's equipped with a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan. For precision and reliability, it features infinite heat controls. Enabling users to install it on rough or uneven flooring, this unit's 6-inch legs are adjustable.
