Durable to support high-volume use, the Vulcan VBB1F V Series upright broiler is constructed primarily of stainless steel. This heavy-duty metal resists rust, scratches, and corroding, and it's simple to clean. To streamline cleaning further, it's equipped with a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan. Facilitating precise temperature adjustment, this unit features infinite heat controls.

The Vulcan VBB1F heavy-duty broiler is powered by natural gas and uses a pilot ignition system. Heat is provided by three ceramic radiant burners; their grates are made of strong cast iron to support rigorous use. Designed for a refrigerated base mount, it has a flat bottom without legs; the Vulcan base is required for operation and sold separately. Overall, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 42⁵/₈ inches deep by 77¹/₈ inches high.
