Vulcan VBB1F Description
Featuring a modular base, the Vulcan VBB1F V Series upright broiler measures 36 inches wide by 42.63 inches deep by 77.13 inches high, overall. Made iwth a flat bottom and no legs, the unit is required to be mounted on a refrigerated Vulcan base, which is sold separately. To ensure a long service life in high-volume settings, it's constructed primarily of stainless steel. This easy-to-clean metal has excellent defense against rusting, corroding, and warping. Powered by natural gas, this unit features a 11⁄4-inch front gas manifold and a pilot ignition system.
The Vulcan VBB1F heavy-duty broiler heats with three ceramic radiant burners. Their grates are constructed of cast iron to provide long-lasting strength and withstand repeated heating and cooling. To facilitate precise, reliable adjustment, it features infinite heat controls. Streamlining end-of-day cleanup in high-volume settings, this unit is furnished with a full-width, floating stainless steel drip tray.
