Vulcan V2BG24B Description
For efficient and quick service, the Vulcan V2BG24B gas range is equipped with two open-top burners and a 24-inch griddle. Its cooktop measures 36 inches wide overall and can accommodate stock pots or skillets on its burners while its griddle can be used for preparing a variety of meats. Its two burners operate at 35,000 BTUs, and workers can adjust heat with their individual pilots and controls. To streamline operation, this unit comes installed with a burner box and 4-inch stub back, and its 1/4-inch-diameter manifold enables installation with other pieces of gas equipment.
To provide extra storage in high-intensity kitchens, this gas range unit comes with a cabinet base. Its interior includes universal rack guides with one removable shelf to accommodate saucepots, pans, or skillets. Overall, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 417/8 inches deep 401/2 inches high and is constructed of stainless steel to promote corrosion resistance and durability. Because it stands on 6-inch adjustable legs, it can be leveled on uneven floors.
