The ovens measure 35000 BTU and have a 22" width that will accommodate a variety of menu items. The oven thermostat ranges from Low to 500 degrees and there are also two complimentary oven racks included. A rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator increases safety and helps reduce accidental tampering. The griddle-broiler boasts 30000 BTU's and is 24" wide to accommodate a number of foods.
