The 28000 BTU open top burners feature lift off heads and are sure to cook your foods efficiently. Each burner also features an individual pilot for controlled operation and added safety.
The oven measures 28000 BTU and has a 22-1/2" width that will accommodate a variety of menu items. The oven thermostat ranges from Low to 500 degrees and there is one complimentary oven rack included. A rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator increases safety and helps reduce accidental tampering.
