Vulcan RRE48E Description
The Vulcan RRE48E RRE-E Series heavy-duty electric griddle uses a 3⁄4-inch-thick composite griddle plate with Rapid Recovery™ technology to improve heating for sporadic use. Each 12-inch-wide griddle section is heated with two incoloy warming mechanisms and controlled with a snap-action thermostat so several foods can be cooked simultaneously on the 48-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep griddle plate. To prevent accidental temperature adjustments, a chrome knob guard protects each thermostat control, and a cycling light indicates when each griddle surface is hot. Its four thermostat controls have a temperature range between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit to support different cooking needs.
To resist common wear for long-term use, the Vulcan RRE48E electric griddle is made of stainless steel, and it's easy to wipe down for quick cleanup. It's lifted with four adjustable legs so users can clean underneath the griddle for enhanced sanitation. The griddle's back and sides are lined with splash guards to contain oil on the griddle. Grease funnels into the front grease trough and drawer for streamlined removal.
