Vulcan RRE36E Description
The Vulcan RRE36E countertop griddle is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that provides durability through high-volume use. The plate is also made of stainless steel to facilitate cleaning and is 3⁄4 of an inch thick to recover temperatures quickly for faster turnaround time. The unit is heated with solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements, while a snap-action thermostat is bottom mounted every 12 inches to create three cooking zones. Each cooking zone can be adjusted from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Offering stability on uneven surfaces, the Vulcan RRE36E electric griddle sits on 4-inch adjustable legs. The 4-inch tapered side splashes and back splashes catch messes as they splatter, while a grease drawer in the front captures crumbs to keep them off the countertop. To fit on a countertop, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 15.30 inches high.
