Vulcan RRE36E Description
The Vulcan RRE36E commercial griddle is heated with two tubular incoloy elements, and one snap-action thermostat is placed every 12 inches of the griddle's width to enable multiple cooking temperatures across the griddle plate. It is constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel—a material that resists corrosion and eases cleaning. Equipped with thermostatic controls, this unit enables users to set precise cooking temperatures.
Preventing inadvertent temperature changes, the controls of the Vulcan RRE36E electric griddle are protected with durable chrome knob guards. To improve performance and increase production, the composite plate is designed with innovative Rapid Recovery™ technology. For streamlined cleanup, the grease trough empties into a large-capacity drawer.
