Vulcan RRE24E Description
The Vulcan RRE24E commercial griddle has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes that catch any messes that splatter while cooking. To keep the countertop clean, a grease trough guides food particles into a large drawer that can be emptied after use. Mounted to the bottom, snap-action thermostats are spaced 12 inches apart to create two individually controlled cooking zones. This unit heats with solid sheathed tubular incoloy heating elements.
For versatile use, the Vulcan RRE24E gas griddle has a temperature range between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel griddle plate is 3⁄4 inch thick, ensuring it recovers temperatures quickly for constant cooking in a busy environment. Made of stainless steel, the unit is strong enough to withstand high-volume use, and it sits on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted for stability and underneath cleaning.
