Vulcan MSA48-C0100P Description
The Vulcan MSA480-C0100P gas countertop griddle is made of stainless steel, which is durable and supports quick cleanup. Its piezo ignition doesn't require electricity to light, and its thermostatic controls enable users to set the griddle sections to precise temperatures and cook a variety of products simultaneously.
The plate of the Vulcan MSA480C0100P griddle transfers heat quickly because it has an aluminum core and a stainless steel surface. Because it is mounted on adjustable legs, the unit won't overheat. A backsplash and tapered side splashes help prevent grease from being flung around the kitchen, and the griddle's low profile conserves space on countertops.
