Vulcan MSA36-C0100P Description
The Vulcan MSA36-C0100P commercial griddle is powered by LP gas, and its plate has an aluminum core and a steel surface that conducts heat evenly. Equipped with three burners and thermostatic controls, the griddle can be set to precise temperatures and cook delicate items.
Bottom heat shields protect operators of the Vulcan MSA36-C0100P gas griddle from burns as they prepare dishes on its hot surface. Its piezo ignition system doesn't require electricity to light, and its low profile and adjustable legs enable users to cook on countertops without worrying about overheating. The unit's 81,000-BTU capacity and large grease drawer help users prepare large quantities of food quickly.
