Vulcan MSA24-C0100P Description
The Vulcan MSA24-C0100P heavy-duty gas griddle can help restaurants satisfy customer demand for juicy burgers and fluffy pancakes. Its griddle recovers heat quickly and transfers it effectively. Every 12 inches under the griddle's plate, an aluminized steel burner and a snap-action thermostat heat the unit to any temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Vulcan MSA24-C0100P griddle has back and side splashes that contain grease and debris. A 6-quart grease drawer collects liquids and can be removed for quick cleanup. Using a spark created from a hammer striking pressure-sensitive material, the piezo ignition system lights the griddle without electricity. Its front, sides, and grease trough are made of stainless steel, which is durable and can be wiped clean.
