Vulcan K6ETT Description
Employees can pour ingredients directly into the Vulcan K6ETT countertop steam kettle, using the internal markings to measure them. For convenience, this unit comes with a faucet bracket, enabling a faucet to be installed on it. A faucet can be used to pour water directly into the kettle, so employees do not need to carry buckets to it.
With a 6-gallon capacity, this Vulcan K6ETT tilting steam kettle is great for making large batches of food, which can be stored until needed. It cooks dishes using steam in the kettle walls and its temperature is adjustable using a rotary knob to accommodate various foods. Indicator lights show the kettle's current status, showing when it is turned on and when it is warming up. Another indicator light comes on when the jacket's water level is low. This not only prevents the jacket from running dry, but also reduces downtime.
After the product is cooked, employees can empty the contents from the kettle and into a separate container. The unit tilts manually with a handle and pours product neatly with a butterfly-shaped lip. To prevent sloshing, the unit has lugs for bolting down and its electronics are housed in a sealed box.
