A manual tilt mechanism allows controlled dispensing, while the tri-leg base with tubular legs and flanged feet ensures stability during operation. The Vulcan K40ELT tilting kettle includes a stainless steel enclosure that houses water-resistant controls, including a power switch, power-on light, solid state temperature control, and vacuum/pressure gauge. A faucet bracket is positioned on the tilting console for added convenience, and the unit tilts forward 95 degrees to ensure complete emptying.
