Vulcan K20ELT Description
Supported by a tri-leg base, the Vulcan K20ELT electric tilting kettle remains stable during operation while facilitating easy access for cleaning after use. Designed for high-volume food preparation, its 20-gallon true working capacity and 2⁄3-jacketed construction provide even steam distribution. A spring-assisted, hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle helps retain heat and moisture, while the manual tilt mechanism enables smooth pouring.
The Vulcan K20ELT tilting kettle includes a 2-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer for efficient dispensing and flow control. The interior features embossed gallon and liter markings to simplify measurement. The stainless steel enclosure houses water-resistant controls, including a power switch, power-on light, solid-state temperature control, a vacuum/pressure gauge, a pressure relief valve, a low water light, and a low water shut-off.
