Designed with a manual tilt mechanism, the Vulcan K20DLT direct steam tilting kettle provides precise control when dispensing contents. Its 20-gallon true working capacity and 2⁄3-jacketed construction ensure even heat distribution, while the ellipsoidal bottom enhances efficient cooking. Mounted on a tri-leg base with tubular stainless steel legs and flanged feet, this unit offers stability through high-volume use.
The Vulcan K20DLT tilting kettle features a stainless steel enclosure that houses the steam control valve, self-locking tilt mechanism, and faucet bracket. The steam control assembly includes a condensate return line strainer and a safety valve steam trap to regulate steam flow. The interior is embossed with gallon and liter markings for easy measurement. Engineered for reliability, the unit operates at a steam pressure of 50 PSI and tilts forward 90 degrees for complete emptying.
